Here are the most common questions we get:
Tell me more about your Repairs.
We repair cameras, lenses, video cameras, tripods, binoculars, DSLRs, medium and large format cameras and more. We do not repair CCTV cameras, or anything that is not photography-related. Our average time for repairs is 1 to 3 weeks.
Tell me more about Quotes and Estimates.
We provide written estimates, as well as insurance estimates (check our PRICING page). We do not provide quotes to repair something without seeing it (we do not provide quotes based on photos).
Tell me more about the Warranty.
You are covered by Sendean for 3 months after your repair. It means the work carried out is covered against issues or faults related to the original repair. (NOT COVERED: Impact, water, sand, misuse - this will void the warranty). Check our terms and conditions for more info. (The link is at the bottom of the page).
Do you buy cameras?
Yes we do! Mainly for spare parts. Get in touch with us :)
What do we sell in store?
We sell fully serviced cameras, lenses and other photographic equipment, as well as batteries, filters and caps. If you are looking for something specific, please get in touch.
