In
1926, Bowen's was established as a camera
repair centre in the heart of Soho.
After moving sites a number of times,
in 1975 we moved to D'Arblay St, and
too the new name, Sendean. Later we
moved again to Oxford St and finally
in 2000 to St. Annes Court. Meanwhile
A1 Cameras was established in Poland
St in 1976 as a small family run photographic
repair company. Demetrios Demetriou
was the proprietor and camera technician.
He has been repairing cameras since
1965. A1 Cameras then moved to St. Annes
Court in 1983 and finally merged with
Sendean in 2000.
