Repairs by post.
If you can’t get to our store in London, you can post your equipment to us for a quote and repair. After filling in the contact form we’ll send you an email with our address and your order ticket number.
When your equipment arrives at our London store, you’ll receive email confirmation as well as a copy of the paperwork. Please check within 24hrs that the contact details and accessories logged are correctly.
Return Postage:
It costs £18 (£15 + VAT) for us to post your equipment back to you, plus the inspection fee of £6 inc VAT per item (only charged if you don’t proceed with repairs.) If you’ve posted your equipment to us and proceed with repair work, we will provide you with free fully insured return shipping.
International Shipping:
We can only arrange postage to UK mainland addresses. If you wish for your equipment to be sent overseas, we can package it up but you must arrange your own courier.
Please note:
